AMS 1″ X 36″ Plated Replaceable Tip Probe w/ 24″ Window and Hammer-Head Handle

The AMS Hammer-Head (Rep. Tip Soil Probe Kit w/ 24” Sample Slot) features a 16″L hammer-head cross handle which can be hammered on with the (included) impact absorbing dead blow hammer. A standard 10” cross handle with rubber grips also comes in the kit for regular soil conditions. Probe measures 1″-dia. x 36″L and is constructed of a thick (.109w) chrome molybdenum. The soil probe in this kit has a 24” slot which allows the end-user to pull 0-24” soil samples in one push.

Achieveable depth is dependent on soil conditions.
