Bedload Samplers

Bedload Samplers are utilized for sampling and measuring sedimentation flow in fluvial geomorphology studies. Our Helley Smith hand held samplers have a 3″ x 3″ opening with a 3.22 expansion ratio chamber. It is made of stainless steel and uses the style 1 bag (2 kg). It comes with a 6 handle and one 250 micron bag.

We also manufacturer “Mini” Bedload Samplers (1” x 1”) for use in very small streams or research labs.
